Think about what you usually do when you have to turn in a writing assignment.
- What do you do first?
- How do you know organize your ideas?
- How do develop your ideas?
Look at the links at the bottom and post a brief reply on what you do, AND what you found out that you would LIKE to try when you write.

WHAT DO YOU DO FIRST?
your first effort should be to formulate as exactly as possible the question you will seek to answer in your essay
Next, develop by thinking,reading and jotting a provisional thesis or hypothesis. dont become prematurely committed to this first answer
plan ahead for the assignment by doing prewriting
schedule several blocks of time to devote to your writing,the you can walk away from it for a while and come back later to make changes and revisions with a fresh mind
HOW DO YOU KNOW ORGANIZE YOUR IDEAS?
Organization, how it begins,develops,and ends.Should be designed to present your argument clearly and persuasively.
HOW DO DEVELOP YOUR IDEAS?
-argument.
-think about your assignment in terms of the rhetorical situation can help guide you in the beginning of the writing process.Topic, audience, genre, style, opportunity research, the writer and purpose are just a few elements that make up the rhetorical situation
-It should answer a quiestion
-it should try to prove somthing
-it should develop a single thesis or a chort set of closely points
